Joining Instructions

Gonzaga Preparatory and Primary School welcomes all successful applicants who have passed the entrance examination and met the required admission criteria. As a Jesuit school committed to academic excellence, moral integrity, and holistic formation, Gonzaga provides an environment where students can thrive intellectually, socially, and spiritually. The joining instructions outline the essential requirements, expectations, and procedures for new students and their parents/guardians.

To finalize the enrollment, parents/guardians must submit physical copies of the documents outlined by the school administration. All documents must be submitted to the Admissions Office at Gonzaga Preparatory and Primary School within the stated deadline.

Gonzaga Preparatory and Primary School operates on a fee-based system, and parents/guardians must ensure timely payment of tuition and other charges. The information on the fee structure and payment instruction is provided by the school administration. 

Gonzaga Preparatory and Primary School maintains a strict dress code to foster discipline, uniformity, and a sense of belonging. Students are required to wear the official school uniform as stipulated by school administration for regular and physical education.

Gonzaga Preparatory and Primary School enforces a strict code of conduct in line with Jesuit values of respect, responsibility, and service.

Expected Student Behavior

  • Respect for Teachers and Peers – Students must address teachers and elders with courtesy.
  • Punctuality – Students must arrive at school by 7:00 AM.
  • Classroom Discipline – Talking during lessons, disturbing others, or neglecting studies is strictly prohibited.
  • No Bullying Policy – Strict measures are taken against any form of harassment or bullying.
  • Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, smartwatches, gaming devices, and any electronic gadgets are not allowed.
