The school management team is responsible for academic administration, student development, discipline, and overall school operations. Each member plays a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of every student at Gonzaga.
- Director – Provides strategic oversight, ensuring that the school’s mission and Jesuit identity are upheld while guiding overall institutional development.
- Head Teacher – Leads the school in academic and administrative matters, ensuring effective curriculum delivery and student success.
- Assistant Head Teacher – Supports the Head Teacher in managing daily school operations, assisting in policy implementation, and ensuring smooth coordination between staff and students.
- Academic Master – Oversees academic programs, curriculum implementation, and student performance, ensuring high academic standards.
- Assistant Academic Master – Supports the Academic Master in curriculum management, teacher coordination, and student assessment programs.
- Discipline Master – Maintains school discipline, enforces policies, and ensures that students develop values of integrity, respect, and responsibility.
- Assistant Discipline Master – Assists in implementing student behavior policies and reinforcing the school’s code of conduct.
- Guidance and Counselling – Provides emotional, academic, and career guidance to students, fostering their personal growth and well-being.
